Karl Waller
Karl was born in Utah, an Air Force Brat. He grew up in Hawaii, California and made
his way back to Utah where he finished up High School.  He  went to a
Pennsylvania Art school from '84-87 and graduated from Pennsylvania School of
the Arts (now Pennsylvania's College of art & Design).  In his last year of school,
he met Tim Truman and he invited him to his studio to work on a Project for
Eclipse Comics called Hotspur.

From there, he has worked for FASA (Shadowrun), Darkhorse (Motorhead with
Daredevil writer and Epic line Editor Dan Chichester), DC (Wonder Woman), and
Marvel (Wolverine movie prequel and X-Men: Black Sun) . The cool part about the
Wolverine movie gig was that they printed an abbreviated version of the book to
hand out when the movie opened. They printed three million copies.

He also worked on Billy Tucci's "Shi" for Avatar Press and contributed a bunch of
covers to Avatar..

He has been working with Across  The Pond Comics (ATP) on covers and last fall
did a three and a half issue mini series for ATP and Privateer press for their game
property "Monsterpoklypse".  The most recent covers are for Desperado
publishing's Negative Burn. The blue and orange piece was just recently solicited
as the cover for a 200 page anthology collection of the best of Negative Burn.
