Bomb Queen III #1 Cover, Image/Shadowline Comics 2007.
Wow, look at this! It’s a veritable Linsner Babe-O-Rama! This
beautifully painted Joseph Michael Linsner piece was originally
commissioned for the rare 1 in 4 variant cover for the very popular
Bomb Queen series from Image Comics. (2007’s Bomb Queen III #1 to be
exact!) It was also published in the Bomb Queen III TPB in 2008.
This piece is an unbelievable 11x17 in size and lushly rendered! The
figures in this piece take up nearly every inch of paper! Joe has
become known for drawing the female form, and he surely didn’t skimp
on the cheesecake (Or the details!) on this one! Joe has drawn three
distinctly different women, and body types here, and all three are
smokin’ hot! Where else are you going to get not one, not two, but
THREE Linsner babes all on one piece of paper?! (And a published COVER
no less!) These lovely ladies look beautiful, and like they could
stroll right off the paper!
