Jeffrey Huet
Born in the Philippines in May 22, 1975 in the province of Laguna, he barely held any American
comics until he was five years old. Having no means to buy any comic books at that time, his
father would borrow from their relatives who can afford to buy these comics that we’re
considered at that time as luxury things. The first comic book he ever held in his hands was an
Issue of Captain America. He could barely read at that time but looking at the drawings sparked
interest in him that would later lead him to work in the industry

It took him five years before he had the chance to break into the industry. He would get
samples of pencils from the agency and would try to ink it in his spare time. At the time he
could not afford to buy any decent drawing materials. Everything he had was either given to him
or borrowed. He was in and out of odd jobs before an art agency took notice of his inking try
outs with penciler Carlo Pagulayan back in 2004 and that started his journey into comics

Jeff finally broke into the comics back in 2005 as Carlo Pagulayan’s inker on Marvel’s Fantastic
Four. Since then, they would work on numerous titles and cover art for Marvel’s top titles for
three straight years. Among the titles they have worked on was Planet Hulk, Iron man, New
Avengers Annual #2.

He also had the chance to work with other top artists at Marvel. Steve Kurth on Ultimate Iron
Man, Kevin Sharpe on Nova, Carlos Magno on Blastaar, and recently had worked on Avengers,
Superior, Avengers vs. New Ultimates with Leinil Yu and Stephen Segovia.
